The deckpro pumps helpdesk

We've launched our new helpdesk!

In the fast-moving world of pump maintenance, there's less and less time to react. That's why our emphasis is on preventative maintenance, so it's fixed before it breaks. However, from time to time you need us to respond quickly so we've implemented a helpdesk for you.

The helpdesk is a convenient, easy way for you to get in touch with us. Of course we're always at the end of the phone if you want to call us, but sometimes you'll find it quicker to log the request and just leave it with us to sort. To open a request, either send an email to or go to our homepage ( and click on 'Helpdesk' at the top right - if you're on a mobile device, it's at the bottom of the main dropdown menu.

Once you've opened a ticket you'll get an email through with your ticket number, so any time you want to speak to us about it you just need to give us the number and we'll pick up where you left off. You'll also get email updates every time there's progress on your request, so you can keep up with where it's at without needing to contact us.

You can use the helpdesk for any type of query. For a few examples:

  • You need a quotation

  • There's a technical question you'd like some help with

  • A copy invoice is required
