Three Quays
RPM Installations called us in to upgrade the chilled water and heating pumps at Three Quays, a five-star mixed-use development operated by the prestigious Cheval Collection. Working alongside YSM Pipework Solutions and Mammoth Insulation Services, deckpro replaced four critical pumps and coordinated the installation of all associated components across both systems, delivering seamless integration and reliable, energy-efficient performance for residents and guests alike.

The Three Quays is a luxury mixed-use development on London’s Lower Thames Street, comprising residential apartments, hotel suites and shared spaces. The building’s central plant systems were operating with ageing equipment, including large chiller pumps serving the rooftop cooling system and outdated heating pumps in the basement boiler room. In addition, the condensate pump setup required new inverters and control upgrades. Given the scale of the work, and the nature of the site, effective coordination and communication was essential to minimise disruption and ensure delivery within normal working hours.
Over three carefully scheduled days, our team removed and replaced:

Two large Grundfos chiller pumps (including associated pipework and spools)

Two smaller Grundfos heating pumps (LTHW and HWR)
-
Two new Grundfos inverters and four transducer kits for the condensate system
All works included insulation, pipework modifications, commissioning and tidy removal of waste from site.
