2016 has arrived. Last year we made lots of steps forward, including the digitalisation of our service record sheets, the launch of the SPS servicing scheme and the regular news updates via our website and LinkedIn. Thank you to everybody who helped make it a success!
Looking forward to this year, there are some great innovations ahead. Most of all we’re still committed to continuous improvement, the small changes that make big differences. For example, we’re going to be stepping up our customer feedback requests, to give us the most feedback possible. Responding to your comments is the most effective way we improve what we do for you.
